The Retrofit Needle Guide is the physician’s best friend when it comes to performing all types of biopsies, drainages, PICC or catheter placements and more. It will keep the needle in the plane, allowing the user to track it precisely; and therefore focus on the targeted area.

The guide will save time and resources

The needle guide snaps onto the bracket giving the practitioner the precision needed to safely and quickly reach the lesion. As a result, fewer attempts are required, decreasing the risk of touching unwanted structures.

Plus, The guides follow the same color code as the needle for hassle-free setup.
The Retrofit needle guide also features a quick release pad, leaving the needle in the target when removing the probe.

The guide is gauge-specific and is available for needles ranging from 13 thru 23 gauge, and 25 gauge.

Two versions of the guide are available:

• The needle guide only: individually wrapped and sterile
• The procedure kit: includes a needle guide, a latex-free ultrasound cover (5.5 x 48″), a sterile gel packet and two elastic bands

This device is a disposable, single-use product, and therefore must not be re-sterilized or reused.
